Great experience! Been to a few escape rooms before, this was a blast. Came with some friend and family. We almost beat it! They showed us how to complete it after though which made us facepalm for sure. Clever and fun puzzles that had all of us engaged and confused, hoping to beat the timer. If needed they will hand hints too. Great time and would come back!

We did both The Experiment and The Dark Room today (family of 3). Celia was an excellent game master, only gave us hints when we asked, and we did end up asking for 3 in each room. But we made it out! Celia was upbeat, great energy, and very friendly! Unfortunately, we completely spaced out tipping her before we left (facepalm).Great end to our short Seattle visit.Be sure to stop by here if you’re in town!

Was there for a team event of 6 people and had a blast! The staff was super friendly and explained everything clearly. The room (we did The Dark Room) was great and really had all 6 of us working together. The clues were the right difficulty! Strongly recommended for groups of friend or coworker especially the price is very cheap (about $30-35 per person).

Room 5280 offered a very entertaining and decently challenging escape room experience for me and my friends. Our group of 6 did "The Experiment" room, and it seems like we did it in record time! Given 60 minutes for the escape, we finished in about 30 minutes. The puzzles were unique, and although I have done a few escape rooms before, there were several curve balls thrown that I had not seen prior to doing this room. Definitely excited to come back! Most importantly, though, is the excellent customer service that Room 5280 has. My group and I were originally scheduled to play a few weeks ago. Due to a highway being closed on that day, half of our group would have been unable to make it at that time. After I called to explain the situation, we were offered a credit to come back at another time. I thought this was completely fair and was glad that I didn't have to fight for this type of great customer service.

We had so much fun at 5280! We did the Heist and it was awesome. This is probably our 15th escape game, so we have a good amount of experience, and the puzzles were challenging and well done. Our host was great and super helpful. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve done 2 escape rooms with Room 5280 now and they’ve both been awesome! Easily my favorite escape room location! The staff are very friendly, and the two rooms we’ve done so far were super fun with interesting little tidbits to learn about after the game.We also adored our host/clue giver, Chuck. We had a great time. Our gamemaster (Kay) was awesome. We were so close to completion. The puzzles were all thoughtful and well done. We completed the experiment. It was great that we could do it with just the two of us, but three would have been ideal.Thank you Room 5280

We played the room Experiment with my husband and it was one of the best escape rooms we did in the US! The puzzles were creative, straightforward yet quite difficult. Staff is also very kind and friendly.

Shoutout to chuck!! They were awesome and made in the experience a lot of fun and was super easy going. Definitely was able to ease the nerves since my partner and I aren’t super experienced in escape rooms. We did “the experiment” and it super immersive and definitely a lot of cool functions and puzzles that I was NOT expecting, gave my partner a good surprise. 10/10 would recommend and if ever swing by give good ole’ chuck a hi five! Can’t express how awesome they were 🙂

Did the heist room. It was hard but we almost beat the record as we did it in 23 minutes. Free parking right outside the room. The entrance is down an alley. Look for the sandwich board sign

We did "The Experiment" and escaped with ~2.5 minutes to spare. It was a super creative room with a lot of very neat and unique puzzles that I didn't see coming and was genuinely impressed by. Would highly recommend the room. The staff was very nice and pleasant, and we had a great time. They were a little pedantic about making us wear masks when taking the post-room picture which was a bit annoying, but at they were at least polite about it.

We had so much fun doing the 'Experiment' room! The clues did not require any prior knowledge and could be solved only based on logic and critical thinking. We will be coming back for sure!

A wonderful escape room! My family and I had a fantastic time because of Chuck, our game master. Chuck went above and beyond and even let us stay later to work on the puzzle box in the lobby. My parents even asked about going back, which is a win in my book.

We had so much fun in the dark room! This was our family’s 5th escape room (we like to do them while on vacations) and it was our favorite hands down. Great puzzles and just the right amount to keep the game moving. It’s always more fun when you beat the room, of course - but even if we hadn’t we would have still enjoyed it. My only suggestion would be to make sure everyone participating can have a flashlight, we had 2 family members that didn’t feel like they got to participate much without one. Fun room, though!

We do a lot of escape rooms, so we took our rookie friends to 5280 in Seattle to hopefully get them into it too. Well the Experiment Room did not disappoint. Fantastic game. Awesome clues. fun use of "tools" in the room and very clever game flow. We enjoyed so much, so we decided to do another one there, which was the Dark Room! Very fun, both rooms were top notch. And, the team members there were so kind and made the experience that much more enjoyable!Would recommend Room 5280 to anyone who visits Seattle and enjoy well made escape rooms.
